Sleep Assist Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Version Date: July 13, 2026

This Sleep Assist Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (the "Policy") supplements the Sleep Assist Privacy Policy and applies to the services defined in that Privacy Policy. These services are provided by Keeson Technology Corporation Limited. We are committed to protecting the privacy of consumer health data. If, under the Washington State "My Health, My Data" Act and other similar U.S. state laws, certain information we process qualifies as "consumer health data," then this Policy focuses on explaining how we collect, use, and share such information. For specific details regarding the types of data we collect, the methods of collection, how we use information, and how we share information, please refer to the "How We Collect and Process Your Personal Data" section of the Sleep Assist Privacy Policy.

1. What Consumer Health Data We May Collect

We may collect health data from you, including data you actively provide, data automatically collected by smart bed, and data you authorize through APP features.

Different U.S. state laws may define "consumer health data" differently, and the scope in certain jurisdictions may be broader. Depending on your settings and how you use our services, we may collect the following categories of health data:

Vital Signs Data: Heart rate, respiratory rate (breathing frequency), heart rate variability (HRV).

Sleep Structure and Quality Data: Sleep onset time, wake-up time, total sleep duration, deep sleep duration, light sleep duration, awake duration, REM (rapid eye movement) sleep duration, sleep efficiency, number of body movements.

Snoring and Intervention Data: Number of snoring events, total snoring duration, anti-snoring intervention trigger records (only processed when you enable the "Snoring Intervention Sensitivity" function).

Algorithm Calibration Parameters: Gender, date of birth, height, weight.

Health-Related Information You Actively Provide: Text information you input related to health data when interacting with the AI Sleep Assistant or manual customer service, and sleep tags you select (such as types of sleep concerns, lifestyle habit preferences, etc.).

2. How We May Use Your Consumer Health Data

We only use your health data for the following necessary purposes:

To generate daily/weekly/monthly sleep reports for you, displaying sleep duration, heart rate/respiratory rate trends, and sleep stage distribution;

To provide snoring intervention services when you enable the "Snoring Intervention Sensitivity" function;

To provide AI Sleep Assistant intelligent Q&A services, personalized sleep health analysis and more accurate sleep recommendations, and to display AI insight content on the APP home page and sleep report pages.

We will not use your health data for any non-essential commercial purposes, such as advertising push, resale to unrelated third parties, or cross-context behavioral analysis.

3. How We May Share Your Consumer Health Data

Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we may share your health data to the extent necessary to provide our services. The specific sharing methods are as follows:

Entrusted Service Provider Processing: We cooperate with our affiliate company, Ergomotion, Inc., to provide manual customer service. Ergomotion will process communication records that may involve health data.

Sharing After Your Active Authorization: When you actively connect to a third-party health platform (Apple Health, Samsung Health, Health Connect) through the APP's "Health Integration" feature and complete system authorization, we will write your heart rate and sleep data (deep sleep duration, light sleep duration, awake time, REM sleep duration) to the platform you designate. You may revoke this authorization at any time within the APP, and subsequent synchronization will cease upon revocation.

Legal Requirements or Protection of Rights: When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us and our users, we may need to disclose your health data.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to exercise the following rights over your health data:

Access and Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific content of health data we have collected about you.

Correction: You have the right to request correction of inaccuracies in certain health data (such as height, weight, etc.). You can edit this directly on the APP's "Settings – Account & Security – Personal Information" page.

Deletion: You can delete single-day reports through the APP's "Settings – Account & Security – Date & Sharing Settings – Delete Sleep Date," or delete all data by canceling your account.

Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your authorization for us to collect and process your health data by disabling the data toggle under the APP's "Settings – Bed Settings – Sleep Data Tracking." After disabling, we will no longer process new health data, but core functions such as sleep reports will no longer be available.

To exercise the above rights, you may submit a request through the contact information provided at the beginning of the Sleep Assist Privacy Policy, or use the self-service options on the relevant pages within the APP.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If material changes occur to this Policy (such as adding new types of health data collection or changing sharing recipients), we will notify you through APP pop-up notifications or email, and will obtain your consent again.
